My classes are very adaptable based on age, ability, more yoga or more mindfulness, length of time and this has enabled me to work with different youth groups tailoring sessions to their needs.

I have worked with the Brownies giving them a fun and different way for them to gain their Mindfulness Be Well Award. Taking into consideration the three main areas needed for this; becoming aware of their senses, taking relaxation, using breath awareness and noticing the things we are grateful for though creative activities.
